All salespeople enrolled in the Sales Coaching program will compete in a group of 20 salespeople to win awards each month. Five out of twenty salespeople will win an award. 1st place being the highest awards and 5th place the lowest. Each month starts a new contest, giving every salesperson a new opportunity to compete, month after month. See the awards page.
All salespeople will earn (not win) an all-expense-paid 7-day cruise for two people every year. Let us emphasize the word “Earn”. We ensure that ALL salespeople in the Sales Coaching program earn the incentive trip by selling a specific volume of their products and services. Nobody is left behind. Salespeople will enjoy many luxury cruises over the years while enrolled in the Sales Coaching program.
